Hotpoint Cashback Promotion – FAQs

 

Who can take part in the promotion?

The promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, participating retailers and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to claim. 

 


When do I need to purchase my appliance?

Your Hotpoint appliance must be purchased between 5 May 2026 and 12 June 2026 to qualify for the promotion. 

 


When can I submit my cashback claim?

Claims can be submitted from 4 June 2026 until 26 July 2026. For purchases made via Wren the claim submission window is 4 June 2026 - 4 December 2026. You must also wait at least 30 days after the purchase date before submitting your claim.

 


Which products are included in the promotion?

Cashback is available on selected Hotpoint appliances only, including certain cooker hoods, hobs, cookers, refrigeration products, dishwashers and laundry appliances.

Please check the eligible model list in the terms and conditions to confirm your appliance qualifies.

 


How much cashback can I receive?

Depending on the model purchased, you can claim £75, £100 or £300 cashback on selected appliances. 

 


How do I claim my cashback?

To submit your claim you must:

  1. Purchase a participating Hotpoint appliance from a qualifying retailer.
  2. Register your appliance warranty at https://hotpoint.partners.domesticandgeneral.com/register/appliance-details
  3. At least 30 days after purchase, visit the promotion website and complete the claim form.
  4. Upload a valid purchase receipt showing the retailer, product and date of purchase.
  5. Provide your bank details so we can process your cashback payment.

 


Do I need to register my product?

Yes. You must register your Hotpoint appliance before submitting your cashback claim.

Once your product has been registered, you can return to the promotion website to submit your cashback claim at least 30 days after the date of purchase shown on your receipt. 

 


What information will I need to make a claim?

You will need:

  • Your contact details
  • Product model and serial number
  • Retailer name
  • Date of purchase
  • A copy of your receipt
  • Your bank account details for payment

 


Do I need to keep my receipt?

Yes. You must upload a copy of your receipt when making your claim, and it must clearly show:

  • Retailer name
  • Product purchased
  • Date of purchase within the promotional period. 

 


Which retailers are participating?

This promotion applies to selected appliances purchased from participating retailers. Please refer to the relevant terms and conditions based on where you made your purchase.

 


How many cashback claims can I make?

You can make one cashback claim per eligible appliance purchased. 

 


Can I claim cashback on more than one appliance?

Yes. You can submit a claim for each eligible Hotpoint appliance purchased, however only one claim can be made per appliance. 

 


Where can I find my product serial number?

Your product serial number can usually be found on a label attached to the appliance. The location varies depending on the product type but is often found:

  • Inside the appliance door or frame
  • On the side or back of the appliance
  • On a label inside the appliance compartment

You may also be able to find the serial number on your product registration confirmation if you have already registered your appliance.

 


What happens after I submit my claim?

Once you submit your claim it will be reviewed and validated.

If your claim is approved, your cashback will be paid by bank transfer within 28 days of validation

If there is an issue with your claim, the promotions team will contact you by email to request any additional information needed.

 


I haven’t received my cashback yet — what should I do?

Cashback payments are made within 28 days of your claim being validated.

If it has been longer than this, please contact the promotions team and include your name, email address and product details so they can assist you.

 


What happens if I return my appliance?

If you return the appliance to the retailer, you will no longer be eligible for cashback.

If cashback has already been paid, you may be required to repay the cashback amount. 

 


Can I claim if I bought a graded or refurbished appliance?

No. Graded, seconds, replacement or imperfect products are not eligible for this promotion. 

 


Why has my claim been rejected?

Your claim may be rejected if it does not meet the requirements of the promotion. Common reasons include:

  • The appliance purchased is not included in the list of eligible products
  • The appliance was not purchased within the promotional purchase dates
  • The claim was submitted outside the claim period
  • The receipt is missing, unclear or does not show the required purchase details
  • The appliance has not been registered
  • The product purchased was graded, a second, replacement or imperfect item
  • The information provided on the claim form does not match the proof of purchase

If your claim cannot be approved, the promotions team will contact you by email where possible to explain the reason.
